	Mr. Kolby Nix is currently employed by James A. Young and Associates as an appraiser associate and licensed salesperson. Prior to July 2004, he served for 18 years as Vice-President and Trust Officer and Real Estate Manager for AmSouth Bank. He is a 1987 graduate of Centenary College with a Bachelor of Science degree. His past community involvement: United Way Loaned executive twice, served as the United Way Vice-Chairman for yearly campaign and as Co-Chairman of the Red River Balloon Rally.
